• Can my company engage our regular consultant whom we have been working with to assist us in completing the gap analysis and control and implementation plan (CIP), though he is not listed in the list of consultants published by MOM?
• Can my company not engage an external WSH auditor to audit the completion of gap analysis and control and implementation plan (CIP)?
• Can our company complete the gap analysis on our own without engaging an external consultant to assist us?
• Can the competent person conducting the gap analysis or assisting the company to develop and implement the action plan be from the same company as the third party auditor?
• What is the timeline given to companies to submit the completed audit report (Gap analysis, CIP and WHS+ Audit checklist)?
• Who can conduct the gap analysis for noise or chemical hazards?
